Try as I might, using positive visualisation will not work, and invariably leads to things not happening the way that I want/need/desire/wish them to. At best, I get a neutral nothingness; at worst I get precisely what I *don't* want.
However, if I do what I would term "invoke Sod's Law" and think of the worst case scenario, things turn out OK, often with the best case scenario.
Is it just me, or do other people have their brains wired up the wrong way as well?
