Hey everyone.
Juat a big shout for help really. I am doing a presentation at the cardiff moot and would like ot see if you can help me before i go trawling through the net.
I would like cases that Aurthre Pendragon has defended and any other cases of modern paganism being brought into our courts.
Cases names, party names or new articels all welcom thanks

If you can find it, all Arthur's (very very numerous) court appearances are detailed in his book.
I'd imagine that a lot of them are online as well. The most notorious is probably his fight to stop Excalibur being melted down, after he and others of the warband were accused of criminal damage. I believe Thames Valley was the Police Force involved. Ronald Hutton wrote a letter in defence and explanation of Arthur's actions and beliefs- I'd imagine any moot would find his letter interesting. They won the case and the sword was returned.
Also the Royal Mail tribunal, when they unfairly sacked an Odinist staff member, for alleged misuse of the religious room.

I have that book, it's really great and really goes to show that beneath the eccentric antics that we all tend to focus on that he's one hell of a guy for standing up for what he believes in
And it mentions many of his court cases too
