Hi!

recently, during meditation, I have been seeing a purple traingle which seems to pulse??? It seems as tho energy comes from it.
Any ideas what this might be?
usually when I meditate, I see my totem animal, my Robin and I fly with him etc, seeing things and learnign things. But this purple triangle thing is totaly new and Ive not been seeing my wee Robin.

Could this be a shift or a new learning curve for me? My meditation did feel much deeper than before and much longer.

You probablyhave read somewhere about ot and the "third eye" in the centre of your forehead. It seems you are connecting more deeply - some say the 3rd eye is represented by a sideways on figure of eight, again purple. Have you been working with Chakras?
Either way, an indication you are attaining deeper levels of conscious meditation.

Yup, it is the indication of a healthy "sixth Chakra" used for intuition, thought and spirituality, namely the "third eye"...a way of saying that you are ready to advance. Hmm, have you been dabbling in Zen for your meditation skills?

Actually, no, I havent. Ive just been doing what I always do, but I have been meditating much more often. I havent really changed anything at all.
And as for advancing.......to what? Is there something I should do now or just keep on the way I have been?
