Tas, zeitgeist is really god (of 'deus in machinima' fame) walking the shadows in disguise as the holy spirit (lucifer). You have to be careful because he can hear anything you say if there is a shadow nearby and then with his powers over THE WORD, both Original and ensuing, he may twist the subtle energies between you and whoever you are having intercourse with, so you are misunderstood and blamed for the current mess. All in a sense of fun, of course.

Lear? But of course.

Their heads were green and their hands were blue and they went to sea in sieve!

(And a lovely monkey with lollipop paws...)

I think so. Wtches define what 'witch' is, others just say what they think it is.
The fact that a pack of curs yaps nonsense around the doors of a chipshop while they dribble at the smells, doesn't mean they are talking sense, able to cook or have the currency.

Just out of curiosity Jape, who decides that the witch, who decided that the other witch was or was not a witch, is really a witch or a wizard? wink.gif

- sometimes that is indeed my job Athena, but magick usually sorts it out.

Unless you just mean, how does a witch know they are a witch? That is simple, they just do, and complicated, they will find out if they are or not when they practise craft of various sorts! And when they meet others.

I just discovered this site, with a positive plethora (!) of invented words.

Excellent biggrin.gif

We have many invented and recycled family words. A measuring tape is a "bully beef", a cross trainer is a "Walter Kronkite", cats are "quaties", stupid folk are "mainty jollers" specific stupid people are referred to as "bacon" and "bobber jobber" rather than their actual names etc etc. I think words are to be played with and enjoyed biggrin.gif Half of the conversations I have with my husband involve lengthy and enjoyable explanations / explorations of off the cuff remarks. We do love talking though o_embarrased.gif and most of it's unitelligible to anyone else.
