For the more hard core magick users...you know about a "Fetch"....a critter you create per se to do magickial things....fetch items....fetch ideas....look in on someone far away....get anwsers to certain things ect....(if you know what Im talking about....)
However...I am also aware of Human Fetches...not go fers...to my megar understanding a human fecth is "owned" by the High Priest or Priestess of a Coven...to do thier bidding....in as much duty as the fetch one creates.....

I ask this question here...because I know there are pretty knowlegable folks lurking about..heh heh...

Also being in the fact that when I met my current Love.....he offered to be my Fetch....I promply laughed out loud and inquired if he knew what a Fetch was....he replied no....so I explained it to him as I understood it to be...as I have indeed worked with many fetches in my life times...

Ususally a fecth is "created" for a specfic task...then the energies are released back to whence they came...but in my case...and Magickial uses...some fetches that I have with me have remained in my servcie so to speak for many years...

The Human Fetch, however is something new to me....and I searched my memory banks to come up with them being "owned" in a Coven....

If any of my Family here have any thoughts on the subject...either created fetches or human...please dont hesitate to respond either here or personally in my private PM..

I have had my human fetch "fetch" things for me to prepare a Magickial spell....and other mundane tasks...I was just wondering what the connection or "hold" mayhap the Coven has on one......I feel very close to him on a personal level....and Magick as well....but I think there is more to this that is beyond my megar understandings...

You haven't really asked a specific question V, other than 'would those who know magick well tell you what they know about human fetches as servants to a coven.'

You are suggesting a human, or a being in human form that has a will completely subservient to that of another. And in your case, talking of created entities that remain to do your will, then also of a human lover who has willing submitted to yours.

In the first case, the spirit created by a Family or coven as the spirit of the coven can act as guardian or as servant. That is well known. And that spirit once created properly has a kind of consciousness of its own and can and will act according to the dictates of the original creation and of its evolution. It is not a work to be undertaken lightly and in the cases of which I know personally the spirit form is bound to the 'mother/father of the family' (as would be to HP and HPess of a coven). In a magickal family this spirit is intended to act and grow through the ages with the changing members of the group. You may see an analogy to a guardian of a site if the family has a link to a site. If the creators of the spirit die or part then the binding moves to a next magickal member. I have seen this and the binding was to the next most potent witch.

This kind of work is complicated and very real and can have devastating consequences if it goes awry.

I do know of one case in which the partner of a witch was willingly bound to her as 'soul friend' for a purpose, by choice, in two lifetimes. Your example does not feel anything like this.

I can only imagine that to bind the soul of a human as 'fetch' in this way would be even more problematic. Others would talk of the morality but that does not apply if the human offering servitude is willing. It just seems to me that these areas of magick require such balance and control that few could apply consistently, the psychic energy would need to be understood and manipulated with great skill. If that were not the case the only answer in keeping control would be similar to making an emotional lobotomy of the servant. The servant would otherwise still have desires and wishes and that would need to be managed, even if they were to be a slave. Not my area of work or interest really - not that there isn't an element of this in many human relationships ...!

From this sort of work comes psychopathic behaviour I believe. The energies bound up not only require outlet, they could grow as a feedback within the relationship and then consume sanity and balance.

I would advise some very careful thinking, it is not beyond the possibility of some SM relationships to be in balance but the possibility of adding psychic or magickal energy by will to this mix makes me shudder.

I would unbind and get clear quickly and be very wary of consequences of what the unbinding may unleash. Seriously.

Are you asking about a 'Physical Human Fetch' (a 'Person') or a 'Spirit Fetch' which has a 'Human Form'?

I see I need to clear somethings up......number one..I have not bound him..my lover to me in a servitude mannor...he has willingly given his self to me in a "fetch" mannor...I have never had a human...magickial fetch.....

I was inquiring about the fetches in a Coven and now my dear friend Jape has indeed told me pretty much what I "knew"...just added the rest of the story that was lacking...

I have fetches that are made of energies....and thier froms range from small...gnome like creatures....to those that have a body of sorts with wings.....egads...none with Human froms thusfar...

I did, in reguards to my love....meet him at a bondage site...and he is a Submissive...(long story).....I have never taken him up on this side of him...but I belive he enjoys me having a Domineering personality.....


This is getting personal...err...back to the first thought.....I was mearly asking I think in my original posty about the possibilities of Human fetches owned by the Coven...ie...H Priest...H Priestess....indeed...Brother Jape brought it to light...

I have a better understanding....sorta....now I need to figure out what role he and I play in the current "releationship"...as he is a Sub...and has offered His services to me as a Fetch...I suppose in an odd way I "own" him....as I feel we have a very close bond..and the bond grows stronger with every passing day...I see he and I need to have a long serious conversation soon....

Im very Vexxed....but I do see things in a new light......
