I was just wondering if anyone has experienced a god or goddess that presented themselves and made in known, and then they just buggered off?

Do they really go away or are they still lingering about and why do they do this?

This made me laugh because my only experience with deities are of the type where they appear and then disappear again. I can't work out what's going on or where it is leading me but I'll be patient and wait to see if there's any permanence in the future.

There is one that has been lurking in the background for couple of months- from the traits seen so far I've an inkling of who it is and it makes me a little wary of inviting them permanently into my life. I could be wrong though...

I reckon even Gods and Goddess's get wrong numbers some times!

Well twice in a row is beginning to make me think that I smell or something

Atleast whoever it was dropped by hun, I cant seem to get ANY God to even acknowledge my existence lol. There are several Ladies up there that periodically make themselves known but the Gents? not a chance!

What have you tried to make contact? If you want to contact Herne, for example, then your best bet would be to go to a forest. Sit naked if possible (He seems to appreciate that!) and just open yourself up to what is there. Or maybe you're shielding too tight, that can sometimes block messages, and that is really not something you want to do. The Gods can get very pissed off and unsubtle if They think you aren't paying attention.

Ive been nice and open to any interactions for a while, made several Hi im listening offerings of some fairly mundane associated stuff to several of them. Perhaps the timing just isnt right. It just struck as a little odd when I realised there has never been even a whisper from any of the Gods...
